GRACE M(308)
6013+
APPLICATIONS

Suitable for welding ferritic steels of 13 to 17% Chromium. For welding of AISI types: 301, 302, 304, and 308.Used for building up surfaces of pump impellers, shafts, and other components in chemical plants, machinery, food, and dairy plants

CHARACTERISTICS

An all positional radiographic quality, 19/10 stainless Steel electrode with controlled ferrite content for maximum resistance to corrosion and cracking. Weld metal has excellent creep strength & resistance to inter- crystalline corrosion. Arc is stable and weld deposits are smooth, uniform and of excellent appearance. Slag detachability is good.

An ideal electrode for all types of fabrications and general engineering works. It can be used in areas such as shipbuilding, wagon building, storage tanks, etc.

Low hydrogen welding electrodes with superior impact resistance at room and sub-zero temperatures. Ideal for high-pressure piping, blast furnaces, heavy fabrication, penstocks, bridges, pressure vessels, cranes, steel gears, and loco frames.

Suitable for welding C-1/2 Mo low alloy and high tensile steels in high-temperature applications such as boilers, turbines, pressure piping, and oil refining. Electrodes should be dried at 250°C for 1-2 hours.

Suitable for welding AISI 309 type steels, joining stainless to low alloy and carbon steels. Used for build-up and overlaying mild steel to increase wear resistance. Helps build up worn out parts of heat-resisting steels.
